Located in the heart of the San Ramon Valley, the town of Danville hosts this refreshing renovation inside and out.
This home features simulated calcatta marble surfaces, NanaWalls, new lighting systems, and elegant bathrooms. Monark provided full construction management and owner representation throughout the renovation.

1255 Murchison Residence
Fifteen miles south of San Francisco in the city of Millbrae, a beautiful home emerges.
This Murchison residence has a striking contrast relative to its surrounding environment, with modern wood siding that similarly contrasts to the clean, white motif used on the interior. Monark led the construction delivery with disciplined schedule and budget controls.

Alejandro Estate
This hillside estate is the definition of luxury design. The expansion of the existing residence and restructuring of existing spaces creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
We reworked the exterior form, roof line, and plate height for a new design aesthetic with additional paving in the entry court to create stunning indoor-outdoor spaces. Monark served as owner's representative and construction manager for this high-end estate transformation.

MerSea Restaurant
MerSea, which means "Island Oasis" in Old English, compliments the new developments on both Yerba Buena and Treasure Island.
MerSea is a restaurant, bar and meeting space made from 13 reused shipping containers including 2 military kitchen containers. The design celebrates sustainable reuse while creating a unique dining experience with stunning views of the San Francisco skyline. Monark managed the complex construction logistics of this innovative project.

Invitae Corporation HQ
This 103,000 SF laboratory and open office is located in a newly renovated, LEED certified building in Potrero Hill.
The project included a two-floor office space, R&D center, laboratory, conference center, and cafeteria. The design promotes the collaborative workplace and creates a model environment for bio-science professionals. Monark delivered full construction management for this complex commercial build-out.
